Uniquement les données que vous saisissez dans nos formulaires : nom, prénom, entreprise, adresse e-mail, téléphone, message, ainsi que le pack et le nombre de postes sélectionnés.

Finalités et base légale

Répondre à votre demande, vous adresser une offre et assurer le suivi commercial. Ce traitement repose sur des mesures précontractuelles prises à votre demande (art. 6.1.b RGPD) et sur notre intérêt légitime à répondre aux prospects (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Destinataires

Vos données ne sont ni vendues ni cédées. Elles sont uniquement transmises aux prestataires techniques nécessaires au fonctionnement du site (acheminement des formulaires par e-mail, affichage des polices de caractères), qui agissent comme sous-traitants et n'en font aucun autre usage.

Durée de conservation

Les demandes sans suite sont conservées au maximum trois ans après le dernier contact. Les données des clients sont conservées pendant la durée de la relation contractuelle, puis pendant les délais légaux applicables.

Vos droits

Verzamelde gegevens

Enkel de gegevens die u in onze formulieren invult: naam, voornaam, bedrijf, e-mailadres, telefoon, bericht, en het gekozen pakket en aantal toestellen.

Doeleinden en rechtsgrond

Uw aanvraag beantwoorden, u een offerte bezorgen en de commerciële opvolging verzekeren. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op precontractuele maatregelen op uw verzoek (art. 6.1.b AVG) en op ons gerechtvaardigd belang om prospecten te antwoorden (art. 6.1.f AVG).

Ontvangers

Uw gegevens worden niet verkocht of doorgegeven. Ze worden enkel doorgegeven aan de technische dienstverleners die nodig zijn voor de werking van de website (verzending van formulieren per e-mail, weergave van lettertypes), die optreden als verwerkers en ze voor geen enkel ander doel gebruiken.

Bewaartermijn

Aanvragen zonder vervolg worden maximaal drie jaar na het laatste contact bewaard. Klantgegevens worden bewaard voor de duur van de contractuele relatie en daarna gedurende de wettelijke termijnen.

Uw rechten

U hebt recht op inzage, verbetering, wissing, beperking, bezwaar en overdraagbaarheid. Schrijf hiervoor naar tarik.cacan@c-technologies.be. U kunt ook klacht indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel (www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Purposes and legal basis

To answer your request, send you a quote and handle commercial follow-up. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to prospects (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is never sold or transferred. It is only shared with the technical providers needed to run the website (delivering forms by email, displaying fonts), who act as processors and make no other use of it.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than three years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights
